Everyday Wild Bird Food

Our everyday wild bird food is a specially selected blend of bird seeds designed to attract a range of wild birds to your garden. We do not use cheap filler seeds you may find in some seed mixes, such as whole oats. The use of smaller seeds and vegetable oil help aid in attraction and increase the feeding value of the mix.

Maltby's everyday wild bird food is a fantastically versatile mix, which can be used in hanging feeders or can be fed from a table. This seed has a high proportion of black oil sunflower seeds, which are great for many varieties of small birds but can result in husks being left in your feeding area. If you are concerned about your feathered friends making a mess, we might recommend one of our other mixes, such as our No Mess wild bird food.

This mix is specially designed to appeal to a huge range of wild birds, helping to attract a variety of different species to your garden. It is especially suitable for bluetits, bramblings, goldfinches, greenfinches, bullfinches, chaffinches, dunnocks, buntings, house sparrows, tree sparrows, linnets, nuthatches, robins, siskins, wrens and yellowhammers.
